"WELCOME" Campaign - LENG KENG
Overview
Leng Keng is in entertainment industry. They provide venue and event planning services. They offer to multiple types of events; however, they have long-term promotors who arrange music events every weekend.


Objective
This email marketing project aims to enhance the relationship with exist, and new customers. The goal is to be in the minds of prospects and potentially increase booking rates in the long run.
My role
Email Automation Coordinator: Build workflow in email platforms.
Visual Creator: Designs email templates and visual assets
Copywriter: Write email subject lines, headers, CTAs, and body texts. A/B tests copy to boost open/click rates

Adopt email marketing strategy to improve the relationship with customers
Segmenting email list based on psychographic (music/art preferences, and event type interest) and behavioural segmentation (email opens or clicks, ticket purchases, attendance history, and website behaviour) to craft personalized emails, enhancing relationship and increase open/click rates.
Sends event updates and invitations (based on segmentation) to increase event’s attendance
Sends venue promotions to new emails, potentially turn them into customers.
Sends reminders about upcoming events, venue promotions to encourage prospects take desire customers
Create workflow structure to maximize the productivity, ensuring continuous connections with prospects.
